GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
Our geotechnical investigations complement our engineering design phases, and construction material testing, which allows us to provide a complete package of services to our clients. SKG Engineering's laobratory is in-house, so our service is even faster than our competition. Our Geotechnical Investigation reports include site conditions, site map showing boring locations, logs of borings, groundwater conditions, Potential Vertical Rise estimates, results of lab tests, allowable bearing capacity values, foundation and pavement recommendations, provisions to mitigate the effects of expansive soils, if applicable, engineered and compacted fill material requirements, and construction testing requirements.

SURVEYING SERVICES
The Surveying Department at SKG Engineering performs property and ALTA land title surveys, topographic and utility surveys, and land development services through the use of state of the art survey equipment and computer aided design systems. We operate three full time survey crews and staff within the company specifically dedicated to property and title surveys. All of our work is under the direction of a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and our extensive experience allows us to perform your work in a fast, cost-effective manner. SKG Engineering is a Texas Licensed Surveying Firm legally qualified to offer land surveying services in Texas under the laws governing surveying.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES
SKG Engineering offers construction material testing and inspection services for private and public sector projects. Our comprehensive experience provides an essential understanding to meet varying material requirements for all types of clients, owners and projects. LABORATORY SERVICES
SKG Engineering's laboratory department provides soil testing, bacteria testing, gas chromatography, water analysis, and many other services. In addition to the fully equipped analytical laboratory, we have field equipment capabilities such as water well measurements and monitoring equipment, field analytical monitor, soil and solid waste sampling equipment, and all related safety equipment.

The laboratory will furnish, on request, any sample collection instructions, sample containers, shipping containers or shipping instructions required for your testing needs. WATER SYSTEM OPERATIONS SERVICES
SKG Engineering is a TCEQ licensed water operations company for Public Water Systems in the State of Texas. We provide operational services for your public water system including required sampling, laboratory analysis, reporting, inspections, and consulting to ensure that your public water system is in compliance with TCEQ regulations. Our in-house TCEQ accredited laboratory and licensed water operators will ensure that your system is providing safe, clean water to your consumers.
